Yes — every project goes through our 3D design process, from a single bathroom vanity to a full commercial fitout. You see exactly what you're getting before we manufacture a single component. This is one of the things our clients value most about working with us.
A typical custom kitchen runs 6–10 weeks from initial consultation to final installation. This includes the in-home consultation, 3D design presentation, your approval, manufacturing at our Galston warehouse, and professional installation. We'll give you a specific timeline once we understand your project.

We start with a free in-home consultation — Charles or John visits your space, takes measurements, and discusses your vision and budget in detail. We then prepare a full 3D design and detailed quote at no cost. There is no obligation to proceed, and changes to the design before approval are also free.
We handle everything — design, manufacturing, and full installation. Our own team installs every piece; we do not use subcontractors. If your project requires additional trades (plumbing, electrical), we can coordinate those with trusted tradespeople we work with regularly.
Yes — 100%. Everything CK Joinery sells is designed and manufactured at our own warehouse in Galston. We use precision laser-guided cutting machines to ensure zero margin for error. Nothing is outsourced to third-party manufacturers. This is how we guarantee consistent quality on every job.
